How arrival works
You book with your flight number. We check the actual landing time and adjust the pickup automatically — even if you arrive two hours earlier or later than scheduled.
After landing you'll find your chauffeur holding a name sign at the arrivals exit. They take your luggage, walk you to the car and set off. No taxi queue, no discussion about the fare.

- Waiting beyond 60 minutes is billed by the minute
Departure: at the gate in good time
For departures we plan the pickup around live traffic and your check-in time. For intercontinental flights we recommend arriving three hours before departure, two for European routes.
On request your chauffeur will walk you and your luggage to the check-in desk.

We do not publish prices online. Your fixed price is agreed personally — by phone, on WhatsApp, or in the callback after your request. It then holds whatever traffic, diversions or waiting time do, for the most common routes and for any other address in Switzerland alike.

- The price depends on the route and vehicle class and is agreed personally — call, message us on WhatsApp or send a booking request and you will get a fixed price. Parking, tolls, luggage and up to 60 minutes of waiting are always included.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
- Nothing — except that we arrive later. We monitor your flight number and adjust the pickup automatically. Delays carry no surcharge.
- Where do I meet my chauffeur at Zurich Airport?
- In the arrivals hall at your terminal exit, holding a name sign. You receive an SMS with your chauffeur's name and mobile number before landing.
- Can I request a child seat?
- Yes, free of charge. Please give the children's ages and number in the notes field when booking.
- Do you also serve Geneva, Basel or Bern?
- Yes. We serve every Swiss airport as well as EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse, including the French sector.
