Terms and Conditions

All of our services are subject to the following conditions, unless explicitly changed or supplemented by a written agreement.

Quotations

Our quotations are limited in time. This limitation complies with the legal rules or the details contained in the specific quotation. Our quotations are confidential and only persons effectively entrusted with the matter may have access to them.

Prices and orders

All prices on price lists, in brochures and on this website are non-binding; the prices in our quotations or in the booking confirmation are binding. All prices are in Swiss francs and include statutory VAT, currently 8.1 %.

The acceptance and performance of bookings may depend on a solvency check or a payment in advance.

In case of cancellation, a percentage of the total order amount is charged for handling and arrangement costs according to our cancellation terms:

  • Cancellation up to 12 hours in advance: no charge
  • Cancellation 12 to 6 hours in advance: 50 % of the order value
  • Cancellation less than 6 hours in advance or no-show: 100 % of the order value

Services

Aven provides a vehicle of the booked class with a chauffeur holding a valid passenger transport licence. Aven reserves the right to supply an equivalent or superior vehicle if the booked vehicle is unavailable.

The price includes fuel, tolls, vignettes, parking at the pickup location and luggage. Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes of waiting time from actual landing; all other pickups include 15 minutes. Additional waiting time is charged at the applicable hourly rate.

Liability

Aven accepts no responsibility or liability towards the customer for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, road closures, official orders, incorrect pickup or drop-off information, or any situation beyond our control (force majeure).

No liability is accepted for items left in the vehicle; found items are kept and returned to the customer.

Payment terms

Payment is made in the vehicle by card or cash or, by arrangement, by bank or postal transfer against invoice no later than 30 days after order fulfilment. Aven reserves the right to request a different payment method.

The withholding of payments or the offsetting of any counterclaims of the customer that are disputed by Aven is not permissible.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes are solely subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Niederlenz, Switzerland. Aven will always endeavour to resolve any differences amicably and by mutual agreement with the customer.
